At Virtual Sakha, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every service we deliver. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services and request refunds.
- Service-Based Nature
Our services are digital and customized, which means once a project has begun, significant time and effort are invested. As such, refunds are generally limited.
- Cancellation by Client
Before Work Begins: A full refund is applicable if cancellation is requested before any work has started.
After Work Begins: Only partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed. This is subject to review by the Virtual Sakha team.
After Completion: No refunds are available after the service has been completed and delivered.
- Cancellation by Virtual Sakha
We reserve the right to cancel any service or project due to unforeseen circumstances or violation of terms by the client. In such cases:
A partial or full refund may be provided depending on the situation.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Delay in client feedback or approvals.
Change of mind after project commencement.
Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after service delivery, despite meeting agreed scope.
- Project Inactivity
If a project remains inactive from the client’s side for more than 14 days, it may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be processed.

To request a refund:
